Bayshore Waterfront Park is conveniently located in Port Monmouth next to Monmouth Cove Marina, a spot to enjoy the sun and surf during the summer, and beautiful views of the New York City skyline year-round. 

This is the second installment of my “12 Shades” series where I try to pick a location to capture the same landscape every month of the year. These are the 12 Long Exposure images of the beautiful beach. If you are new to long-exposure photography, this is what it means – long exposure refers to a photographic style or a technique that involves using long exposures, or slow shutter speeds. By doing so, we’re able to blur moving elements such as water, cars, or clouds. It is a great technique to capture striking landscape photos. 

Here are the 12 beautiful images of a 300-foot fishing pier on Sandy Hook Bay that showcases the Long Exposure technique.
