Dubai dares to make future

  |   Blog   |   3 Comments

DUBAI doesn’t wait for future but they create one. If you see the architecture around Dubai, you will be amazed! Whether, it is the super skyscraper Burj Khalifa – the tallest man made building on earth or the largest artificial islands called Palm Jumeirah, Dubai is an ultimate destination.

By 2020, they will have brigade of amazing wonders of this world. The wind-powered rotating towers, 2 more artificial islands, the World Archipelago, Hydropolis – First Underwater Luxury Resort and what not.

We had the privilege to be in Dubai this year and thoroughly enjoyed the luxury and hospitality of Dubai. Saw some of the beautiful malls, went up to the top of the world’s tallest building and shopped in famous gold souk. Best part of our trip was the desert safari. A great experience, a must for anyone who is travelling to Dubai for the first time. And, if you are an avid photographer like me and want to take some breath taking pictures of the ride than please make sure you are sitting in front seat of Land Cruiser. I made my biggest mistake that I got stuck in middle seat.

Part of desert safari is performance by belly dancers and tanoura dancers in the camp. It is again a wonderful experience to see the performances of these dancers. Specially, Tanoura dance – a form of folkloric dance which is ususally performed by Sufi men and is very common in Egypt. It’s indeed one of the highlights of Dubai desert safari as well.
